Dine & Judge Wine with us. Join us while Matt Branca presents a selection of California Wines with a Three Course Meal. Including Day Boat Scallop, Colorado Lamb, and Artisanal Cheeses. A certified Sommelier and culinary school graduate, Matt came to wine after a move to France and gaining a unique education in their vineyards, villages and cafes.Matt returned to the United STates to work on the winemaking team at Stags'Leap Winery in the Napa Valley. He has worked here in the desert as a Sommelier at both Eldorado Country Club and The Vintage Club in Indian Wells.

RECEPTION – Sauvignon Blanc 

  • Tray passed - Hawaiian Ahi & mango poke in sesame cone

FIRST COURSE  - The Prisoner Wine Company – “Blindfold” Chardonnay Blend, California 2105

  • Day Boat Scallop, salsify puree, heirloom tomato butter, asparagus tips

 SECOND COURSE – Simi “ Landslide Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley 2013

  • Colorado lamb, Bing cherry espelette jus, fingerling planks, roasted orange cauliflower

 THIRD COURSE – Cooper & Thief Bourbon Barrel Aged Red Blend, California

 Selection of artisanal cheeses:

  • Petit Basque ( French )
  • Taleggio (Italy )
  • Humboldt Farms Goat Cheese ( USA )
